 Loan and Portfolio Acquisition

Globiz Financial's Loan Acquisition Division facilitates the purchase of a broad range of both residential and commercial real estate backed loans.  These loans are acquired either individually or in small and large pools.  We source them from a wide variety of institutions, including mortgage companies, banks, credit unions, thrifts, broker/dealers, insurance companies and hedge funds.
