Mike Marshall, a mortgage banker with 30 years of experience, is the Principal of Globiz Financial LLC.  

Mike Marshall has over thirty years of experience in the mortgage banking industry.  He began his career as a real estate appraiser in 1973 with M. P. Crum Company an became Senior Vice President of residential operations responsible for production, servicing and secondary marketing.  In 1980 Mr. Marshall co-founded Tri-Texas Mortgage Corporation and served as it's President and Chief Executive Officer.  In 1986 he established a full service Mortgage Banking Firm as a subsidiary of a Dallas Savings and Loan holding the position of President and Chief Executive Officer.  In 1982 he joined Express America Mortgage Corporation a national wholesale lender and served as President of the Midwest Region, responsible for sales, operations and credit policies.  From August 1996 to April 1998 he served as President of Digitial Delivery Inc. an electronic commerce company delivering mortgage documents nationwide.  Mr. Marshall joined Northwood Mortgage, Inc. a Dallas based mortgage banking firm, in 1998 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.  In 2005 he esablished FinHogar Mortgage LLC and held the position of President and Chief Executive Office.  Globiz Financial LLC was stated in 2007.

Mr. Marshall has served on various committees with the National Mortgage Bankers Association, Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and is a past President of the Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association.  Mr. Marshall holds two degrees from Texas christian University.  He is active in numerous industry, civic and church organiztions.
