Jerry Dillon
Executive with international career in the managed services industry. Significant leadership roles include general management, multi site operations, marketing, sales and business development with billion dollar global companies. Strategic business leader recognized for creating successful teams that achieve results. Jerry has lived and worked internationally for 12 years. He has professionally visited and transacted business in over 25 countries. His cultural awareness and sensitivity has enabled him to take initiative to find new ways and apply conceptual frameworks to current realities and make contributions. In recent years, he entered the wholesale mortgage lending industry and focused on emerging markets. As a NAHREP member, he recognized the needs of the immigrant borrower and aligned himself with resources capable of creating solutions for individuals and communities. In October of 2006, Jerry joined the start up company Lat Wholesale Capital, a privately held residential wholesale mortgage investment company offering products designed to serve the immigrant market on a national basis. LWC is now a joint venture with Wall Street Without Walls, a not for profit organization with the mission of attracting capital investment in community development opportunities. In addition to LWC, Jerry is a partner with Globiz Financial, a financial services group offering commercial loan origination and wholesale funding and mortgage backed portfolio placements. He holds a B.A. degree from Georgetown University and has professionally studied Knowledge Management, Cycle Time Reduction, Activity Based Management, Leadership, Competitive Intelligence, Mortgage Lending Process and Mortgage-Backed Securities. He has not for profit board experience and was part of $5 million fund raising effort to create a camp, conference and environmental study center at Lake Texoma, TX
